What makes a puppy food:
As a fair average you could consider a dog up to the age of 6 – 9 month as a puppy. Different from other producers we are of the opinion that food for a puppy SHOULD NOT have a too high content of protein. Non of our brands exceeds 28 % of protein. For us it is of much more importance to have a big content of meat in excellent quality, natural ingredients. Also in this we are quite different from many other available brands. We are of the opinion that a too high content of protein supports the growth of the muscles too much, and this on the disadvantage of the joints and discs.
